In January 2007, Armani is the first designer to broadcast an haute couture fashion show live on the internet and on Cingular cellular phones. With all the fame, Giorgio Armani has been able to put up many brands over the years. They include Armani Exchange (A/X), Armani Jeans, Armani Casa, Armani Junior, Emporio Armani, Armani Collezioni, Giorgio Armani, Armani Privé, Armani cosmetics and so on . Armani Exchange is the affordable creation, created in 1991. Due to its popularity recently, it has become more expensive then it was. The second cheapest Armani label is of the Armani jeans. It features a denim collection and apparel for men and women. The normal average price of their denim is around $195. Armani casa is the high-end home collection that features furniture, lamps, linen and dining essentials. This collection is very expensively priced for example Tchaikowski Armchair retails at $9,985. Armani junior is a line that features clothes for children in the age group of 6 months to 15 years. Emporio Armani is a brand influenced by the youth. It is the third least expensive Armani brand. Armani Collezioni features clothing for men as well as women living a more professional lifestyle. The signature brand i.e. Giorgio Armani is the most expensive Armani label. The Armani Privé is strictly made to wear and not available for purchases in stores but, one can get them tailored at extremely high prices. Armani cosmetics feature skin care, perfumes and colognes. In the words of Mr. Giorgio Armani himself, "When I think about fashion, I think about something intrinsic to my life. When I think about style, I think of it as the only real luxury that anyone can afford to buy with or without money.
